Payment

We accept Wellmark BCBS, Medicare, and Medicaid networks and actively working on more. Please give us a call to confirm your insurance and further discuss your benefit options. 

If we are currently considered an out-of-network provider with your insurance company, we can provide you with a detailed invoice for insurance claims, that you can submit to insurance for any reimbursement you may be entitled to based on your coverage. 

We also accept private pay. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card payments.

• Therapy sessions will take place at our local speech therapy office located next to the Lakeport Commons. 
• Off-site locations such as your child's preschool and/or school upon permission from the off-site location. 
• In-home therapy visits are available to our adult patients with unique needs. 
• Teletherapy online speech services are also accessible to individuals living in Iowa, South Dakota, Arizona, and Washington with access to a computer and WIFI. 

Duration and frequency of treatment will be determined based on the individualized needs of the client, as well as family and parent input. Duration can range from 1 to 3 times per week. Sessions will last 30 to 45 minutes.
