Adult Speech, Language, & Cognitive Therapy Services
Elevate Therapy utilizes a functional, person-centered approach. We strive to use evidence-based practices and align our therapy to help you achieve your daily goals and independence. We aim to gather in-depth information regarding our clients and families' personal goals, daily expectations, life prior to current difficulties, and everyday experiences which allows us to tailor our treatment to include personally relevant tasks in therapy.
Our goal is to provide continuous education to families and caregivers. During our sessions, we will incorporate the use of compensatory strategies to provide our clients with tools & strategies they can use to communicate effectively across daily environments. Our mission is to impact real-life outcomes, increase independence, and ensure safety.

SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program
Our clinicians are certified SPEAK OUT!® providers helping people with Parkinson's and related movement disorders maintain their speech and communication with the goal of minimizing life-threatening swallowing complications. We strive to help every person diagnosed with Parkinson's to live full, connected lives.
The SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program, developed by Parkinson Voice Project®, helps people with Parkinson's regain and retain their speech and swallowing. This evidence-based program combines education for the patient and family, individual speech therapy, daily home practice using workbooks, flashcards, and online practice sessions, along with weekly speech groups, and regular re-evaluations.
